1. Acceptance of terms

Your use of the Real Estate Ventures website (the "Site") constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Informational only

Content on the Site is informational. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, nor an offer to sell or solicitation to buy any security or investment product. Specific investment opportunities are presented separately and only to investors who have completed the intake process.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by adults 18 or older accessing the Site from the United States. Some content may not be appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the United States.

4. Intellectual property

All Site content — including text, graphics, logos, layouts, and the "ReV" and "Real Estate Ventures" marks — is owned by Real Estate Ventures, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial reference. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site to engage in unlawful activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, servers, or related infrastructure
• Interfere with the Site’s operation, including by introducing malware or running automated scrapers in a manner that imposes unreasonable load
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through Site forms
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Site component

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices. Inclusion of a link is not an endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Real Estate Ventures, LLC and its members, managers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Real Estate Ventures, LLC from any claim, demand, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
